A Walk in the Woods

Today was really good. I could have stayed in bed, but instead i motivated myself out of the house and hit the trails! I returned with 25.5K steps in the bank (11.85 miles) and a 1.5K calorie burn. This was a great way to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month!

Post-Hike at Bear Chase Brewery (and miscellaneous pics)

Stopped for some cold libations and a well earned bite to eat at Bear Chase Brewey after our hike was done.
