A Walk in the Woods
Today was really good. I could have stayed in bed, but instead i motivated myself out of the house and hit the trails! I returned with 25.5K steps in the bank (11.85 miles) and a 1.5K calorie burn.
This was a great way to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month!
