I just got home from the hospital. I finally had the MRI on my shoulder. I'll see the surgeon on Wednesday morning, and go from there!

Type II fun with Silly

Today I hiked along the Appalachian Trail... 17 miles, 39K steps, 3100 feet of elevation gains, 2500 calories burned! I'm pooped.

Kitted out for a walk

took a walk with my "weekender" kit - My pack, 2 liters of water, tarp, hammock and straps, change of clothes, kits (med, fire, repair), and 2 and half days of food... 25 pounds!
